This bran is so unique, it's really fine and powdery and you need such a small amount to make a serving. So pleased to have it back after a long absence. I use it to help with weight management: 300ml skimmed milk, 11gm oatwell and 18gm chocolate powder and one ice cube, put into a blender makes a lovely frothy lunchtime drink that keeps you full until dinner. Has the benefit of doing you good as well, just make sure you drink plenty of water during the day as it is high in fibre.
