Ingredients
125g ready-made paneer
1tbsp plain flour
1tsp plain yoghurt

11g OatWell Original Oat Bran Powder
Handful of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1 tsp ground cumin powder
1 tsp ground coriander powder
Pinch of fine sea salt
230ml tomato passata
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
½ tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp ground cumin powder
½ tsp ground coriander powder
¼ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp red chilli powder
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
¼ cup oat cream or plain yoghurt
Fine sea salt
11g OatWell Original Oat Bran Powder
½ tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Blitz the paneer in a food processor until it forms a fine crumb. Remove into a mixing bowl and add in the remaining kofta ingredients. Divide the mixture into 6 balls and place on the baking tray.
Knead the mixture until it forms a dough-like texture.
Divide the mixture into 6 balls and place on the baking tray.
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan and add the ginger and maple syrup.
Heat until the mixture bubbles and add in the tomato passata, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to taste.
. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add in the oat cream/yoghurt, OatWell Original Oat Bran Powder and kasuri methi. Taste and add in salt if required.
To serve
Serve with naan and/or steamed basmati rice.
