Ingredients

4 scoops OatWell™ Original Powder
240g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
30g desiccated coconut
380ml dairy free milk
1 mashed banana
4 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp of vanilla extract
200g raspberries (mashed)
handful of whole raspberries
coconut yoghurt
crushed pistachios

Directions
In a mixing bowl combine Oatwell powder, plain flour, baking powder and desiccated
coconut.
In a separate mixing bowl combine dairy free milk, mashed banana, maple syrup and
vanilla extract.
Pour wet ingredients into dry, and mix together until thoroughly combined. Leave
pancake mix to sit for a few minutes.
In a large saucepan on a medium heat, add a generous drizzle of oil of choice.
Next, add 1 tablespoon of mixture at a time to the pan, ensuring there is a little
space between the pancakes as they cook.
After a few minutes, flip over and cook on the other side for the same amount of
time.
Keep the pancakes in a hot oven until all of them are made.
