100g OatWell™ Original Powder
190g oats
125g walnuts/pecans
135ml maple syrup
170ml coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp of salt
1 can of full fat coconut milk
130g dark chocolate (melted)
1 bag of OatWell™ Crispy Hearts
Directions
Begin by preheating the oven to 180c and greasing a tart tin.
In a food processer/blender blitz the walnuts until crumbs form. Empty into a large bowl along with the Oatwell powder, oats and salt. Combine.
In a separate bowl combine the melted coconut oil and maple syrup. Pour this into the dry ingredients and combine.
Next empty the mixture into the tart tin and press into the base and up the sides until compact. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and leave to cool completely.
Combine the melted chocolate and coconut milk until smooth. Save a handful of crispy hearts for decorating and fold the rest into the chocolate coconut milk mix.
Pour this into the tart and place in the fridge for a few hours to set.
Finish by decorating with the remaining crispy hearts and snack bites. Slice and
enjoy!
