Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Banana Loaf
OatWell™
Ingredients
2 bananas (mashed)
1 can of pumpkin puree (425g)
150ml dairy free milk
20ml coconut oil (melted)
30ml maple syrup

4 scoops of OatWell™ Original Powder
250g wholegrain flour
1 ½ tsp of baking powder
130g dark chocolate chips
20g light brown sugar
¼ tsp of salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F, and line or grease a loaf tin.
In a large bowl, start by combining mashed bananas, pumpkin puree, dairy free milk,
coconut oil and maple syrup.
In another bowl, combine Oatwell powder, flour, baking powder, brown sugar and
salt.
Pour dry ingredients into wet and combine, before folding in 100g of chocolate
chips.
Empty mixture into loaf tin, and place the remaining 30g of chocolate chips on top.
Cover with foil, ensuring there is room for the loaf to rise without the chocolate
chips touching the foil.
Bake in oven for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Leave to cool before slicing, and enjoying.
